Shipping policy

Currently only shipping to any address within AUSTRALIA.

All orders are shipped from Gold Coast, Queensland. Being a small business run by only 1 person (...and each piece being made to order), I work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible, however please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. Dispatch times can be longer during holiday periods. 

 

Australia post delivery:

Australia Post Standard: 2-8 business days $10.95

Australia Post Express: 1-4 business days $14.45

Free shipping on orders over $60. 

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number link. Can't find it? Please check your spam or contact us.

If your order is delayed

Once we have shipped your package, any and all shipping delays are beyond our control. Should there be any shipping delays, we kindly ask you to contact Australia Post before contacting us.

Lost or damaged items

We entrust the carrier with the safe delivery of your order. Please note, Salt & Sun Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, or delays. We are unable to replace any packages lost or damaged in transit.
